SHIPPING

In stock items (excluding any custom items) are usually shipped within 3 business days.

Tracking information will be send to the provided email when the item is shipped. Once the item is picked up by the shipping carrier, we do not have any control over potential delays. We will only ship to the mailing address provided at checkout. Please verify your information prior to finalizing your order.

Carbonex will not be held responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances. Buyer is accountable for all restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Customized items (paint match options, etc.) are usually made to order and the production lead time is subject to change depending on the customization and the number of ongoing custom orders.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Please carefully review your order and verify your information prior to finalizing your purchase. There will be no returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

PAYMENTS

You as the buyer agree to pay the price of the merchandise in your order at the time you submitted your order and the delivery fees for the shipping service you've selected.

We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel your order for any reason.

CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGE

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not been shipped.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a credit or refund for the order amount, minus the applicable cancellation fees, within 7 business days.

CHARGEBACKS

Fraudulent chargebacks are treated with utmost seriousness by our company. We implement strict measures to combat such activities, and we are prepared to take legal action against anyone found to be engaged in fraudulent chargebacks.

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES

Carbonex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team. 

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
