SHIPPING
In stock items (excluding any custom items) are usually shipped within 5-7 days.
Tracking information will be send to the provided email when the item is shipped. Once the item is picked up by the shipping carrier, we do not have any control over potential delays. We will only ship to the mailing address provided at checkout. Please verify your information prior to finalizing your order.
Carbonex will not be held responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances. Buyer is accountable for all restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Customized items (paint match options, etc.) are usually made to order and the production lead time is subject to change depending on the customization and the number of ongoing custom orders.

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Carbonex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.Â
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
